Maintenance plans are $199 a year and include 2 visits in 6 month intervals.

We will automatically track and contact you one month prior to your interval service to get scheduled to ensure your A/C units are well taken care of and running right! As a member, you will receive the following benefits and services.

 • Check & adjust thermostat
 • Check all AMP draws (indoor/outdoor motor draw)
 • Test operation of heating & cooling cycles
 • Inspect wiring, contacts, capacitors & relays
 • Inspect evaporator coil
 • Inspect and clean condenser fins
 • Inspect and clean condensate drain w/ professional cleaner
 • Inspect outdoor disconnect
 • Inspect condenser fan motor & blades
 • Inspect compressor start up operation
 • Inspect ducts
 • Inspect cleanliness of air handler
 • Recommend any necessary products if needed

** NOTE: Due to the infinite amount of filter sizes, we DO NOT have replacement filters stocked, however if they are supplied from the home owner we are more than happy to change them out for you! **
